My wife and I chose Vance Properties/AIS Enterprise Inc. as our property manager after receiving a glowing recommendation for Randy Vance from a neighbor.  We have not been disappointed.  Randy went above and beyond during the marketing of our house, aggressively advertising and showing the property.  His efforts resulted in two solid offers to rent our house the first month it was on the rental market and we have had very good tenants ever since.  We have worked with other property managers in the past and so had certain expectations of what to expect in regards to service.  Vance Properties has completely surpassed all expectations.  

The rates charged by Vance Properties are very reasonable and worth every dollar.  All issues with our house are professionally taken care of, usually without any input from us.  When a situation arises that requires a decision by us, Randy or his wife will call us explaining the situation and presenting several courses of action that can be taken.  Once they get our decision, they take care of everything.  

Working with Vance Properties has been absolutely the best property management experience we have ever had and we highly recommend their services to anyone looking for the best.

The Vance Experience has been a great experience!!  This home was our first purchase, and we really didn't think that this would ever be a realized dream of ours.  

We contacted Randy on a home that caught my eye, and I was apprehensive since I didn't think that we would ever qualify for a loan and if we did, I was afraid that it would only be a loan that would have a variable rate.

We met with Randy and Jacqueline and we immediately felt at ease.  I received a call from Jacqueline and she gave us a plan of action to be able to get ourselves in a position to qualify for a standard loan!! 

We followed the plan and a little bit later we were ready to qualify for the loan with a great fixed rate.  So we went shopping with Randy.  We found a house that we really felt that we could make into our home for our two kids. 

Randy and Jacqueline really did walk us through the process step by step and made this as easy as possible.  We know that without Randy and Jacqueline that we would not be in our home and we would not have been able to make our dreams come true. 

We thank them from the bottom of our hearts!!  We trust them so much that we recommend them to all of our family and friends.  Family means a lot to us and we would not recommend anyone to a family member that we did not truly trust to treat them right.

Over the past six years, the Vance’s have handled three real estate transactions for us. Their professionalism, work ethic and knowledge of the Southern California real estate market resulted in two property sales, both generating multiple offers.

The third and latest transaction, they assisted Sue and I with was a Short Sale. Randy’s expertise in structuring our offer was the key in getting our contract accepted. As it turned out, the offer was the easy part of the transaction; Randy stayed in contact with the seller’s agent and provided me with weekly updates on the status of the short sale.

Funding for this transaction could not have been easier. Jacquelline, servings as the Loan Officer, arranged for our financing. She identified via a check list what we needed to provide for the loan approval, we delivered the documentation and loan approval (with a great rate) followed.
