Benefits & Commission Programs

_______ PLAN I: $3995 per year, 100% Commission with no Transaction Fee.

* (This fee is due within 60 days of employment or upon your first closing whichever date comes first.)

_______ PLAN II: $495 per transaction side, 100% Commission.

       NOTE:  A 90 (Ninety) day notice is required for changing any of the above plans.

1. Errors and Omissions Insurance fee of $129 per transaction per side.  This amount is subject to adjustment July 1^st of every year.

2. A 2% office administration fee will be charged on the commission of all transactions including referral fees paid to agents.

3. Vance Properties Transaction Coordination Services are available at a cost of $375 per transaction per side.  It is not mandatory for Independent Contractor to use this service but highly advised.
